Cover reveal: A Little Night Music

I was going to wait awhile before revealing the cover for A Little Night Music–I’m still tweaking the manuscript–but I love it so much I just had to share it.

I started A Little Night Music three years ago and then set it aside.  There were a lot of reasons I stopped working on it but then I decided to ignore them. I loved the story. I wanted it to see the light of day and people who’d read parts of it urged me to keep working on it. They cared about Naomi and Liam and wanted to find out the rest of their story.

So I resurrected the story, worked on it here and there. It’s nearly done and my plan is to launch it either late July or early August. I’ll keep you posted on the actual launch date. 🙂

Many thanks to Andrew Brown from Design for Writers for helping me with the cover design!

Happy reading (and writing)!

  1. That’s a really beautiful cover! I’m itching to release mine, but I’m still working with someone on the design (even though I already love what I have so far).

      • I’m not sure if HTML is allowed in your comments, but I talked a little about who I’m working with for my cover on this entry. I have a friend who designed the covers for my husband’s non-fiction book and also the cover for an anthology I’m in (I recommended her for both, since I loved her graphic design). She’s not specifically designing mine, because it’s something I wanted to do myself, but I’ve been sending her various versions as I’m working on it and she’ll send me lots of helpful feedback to improve it. I’m not going to reveal the cover until she’s happy with it, because I trust her eye more than my own or anyone else’s when it comes to this sort of thing. Especially when it comes to typography.
